that's why the lady is a tramp

ella fitzgerald is so enjoyable.

yesterday, i ate a bit of lunch which seemed to compound my problems.
so i taught one more period, then got permission to go home at the beginning of 6th period (i don't teach then).
i walked into my house where my pembantu, ibu sri, was cleaning.
she asked why i was home early, and i told her i was sick.
so she made me sit down, gave me a 15 minute back/shoulder massage, then gave me a glass of water and sent me to bed.
i swear, that lady is magic.

i woke up after three hours, feeling even worse, and mostly just laid around all night.
one student brought me over some korean cure-all remedy stuff and made me drink it.
it was quite tasty - like warm, fermented apple juice.
then yohanes came over with some alka seltzer (which he pirated from another ex-pat family for me) and peppermint tea.
so after i drank all my drinks, my stomach was really full.
but after the initial "my stomach is deciding whether or not to (r)eject this stuff" stage, i actually felt QUITE a bit better!

so thanks everyone who prayed for me and brought me medicines. : )
God takes care of me in so many little ways.
