remedies for my recurring headache suggested to me over the past week by some very helpful javanese friends (though the "very helpful" part is yet to be determined, i'm giving them the benefit of the doubt).
1. pinch the end of your thumb really hard. the nerves there are connected to your head and this will relieve the pressure.
2. look up, like to the sky, more frequently. looking down all day will give you a headache.
3. massage your hands. more specifically, really work out the kinks in that sensitive area between your thumb and forefinger bones.
4. stand on your head for 5 minutes. this is also apparently a good remedy for when your bladder "moves south".
5. go get a cream bath at the salon (conditioning hair treatment + 30 minute shoulder/head massage that costs $2).
6. go visit pak dumeri (the previously blogged about nerve masseuse).
7. relax more. take naps. and don't be mad at anyone. i like this one.
8. crush up ginger root and hot peppers and put it on your head.
i think i'm gonna try that last one first. or not?
