You have to wonder what kind of sketchy mall you are in when there is a sign on the mirror in the women's bathroom that reads something like this:
"To all mall employees:
Please do not attempt to clean any apparatus of any kind in the toilets. This causes them to be clogged. Thank you for your cooperation. - Management"
